Responsibilities

  • Support to the smooth-running UK VM department.
  • Interpret creative briefs into designs that work for the local market, Brief Central Team for feedback, liaise with internal stakeholders, project manage suppliers and respecting deadlines.
  • Oversee the workflow process of LCP Counter roll outs for all animations across the year along with line manager.
  • Ownership of Forecasts for all activations along with line manager.
  • Oversee the workflow process of 3Axe sites for all animations across the year.
  • Project managing Christmas Ad Hoc projects.
  • Manage procurement process & budget to tender projects, liaising with purchasing team for the best supplier.
  • Support on projects where needed and lead logistics (ordering POSM & testers, video content).
  • Managing the strategy and implementation for LCP new launches and DTR exclusive pieces.
  • Ensuring DTR perfection on counter from start to finish.
  • Supporting on installs when there is a new launch.
  • Frequently visiting London Flagship stores to ensure we are looking as per guidelines.
  • Point of contact for field VM, leading conversation with the retail teams and field teams driving continuous improvement from feedback.
