Responsibilities

  • POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand's image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other
  • New Stores & Refits: Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
  • Building & Maintaining Key VM Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
  • VM calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
  • Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
  • Project management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
  • Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines. Supported by the RDVM Analyst and guided by the Head of VM.
