Responsibilities

  • To assist in supporting/delivering enhancements and new developments, aiming to provide the best solution to satisfy both internal and external client requirements.
  • Manage spare parts and keep items in the store in proper locations as ERP systems.
  • Receiving parts and issues through ERP systems.
  • Materials arrival notifications are sent to Project / Account managers and prepared for delivery.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for delivery to customers at the agreed time.
  • Follow up on original customer’s delivery notes and send them to the purchasing department.
  • Maintaining Asset receives / issues to employees.
  • Managing Abu Dhabi Stock counts every end of the year & Supervising DIC (Dubai) warehouse.
  • Preparing and sending daily reports to the Direct Manager.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchasing requisition (PR) for Abu Dhabi spare parts.
  • Managing spare parts to engineers when required.
  • Managing orders for spare parts & replenishment from suppliers.
  • Preparing Stores Issue / Receive Voucher (SIV / SRV).
  • Preparing delivery notes from ERP systems.
  • Make sure inventory is done accordingly.
  • Maintain the spares register for the spares sent for repair.
  • Claim a warranty for spare parts under the warranty contract.
  • Put the tag number when receiving warranty mail from the Engineer.
  • Faulty parts will be sent to Abu Dhabi with proper documents.
  • Making receipts using ERP application.
