What are the working hours for the Warehouse Operator role?
The Warehouse team works a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off from 7am to 7pm, and then 4 nights on, 4 nights off from 7pm to 7am.
Is there a bonus scheme available?
Yes, we have a bonus scheme where crew members are rewarded when the business succeeds.
What is the pension enhancement offered?
We increase our contributions to your pension up to 10% of your salary, significantly above the statutory requirement of 3%.
Are there additional holiday benefits?
Yes, you receive an extra day of holiday for each full year completed up to your 5th year, and after 5 years, you will receive a 4-week sabbatical.
Is training provided for beer knowledge?
Yes, we support you in obtaining internationally-recognized Cicerone qualifications and will pay you more for each level you pass.

We comply with and drive adherence to all QHSE and PPE Policies to ensure a safe working environment.
What qualifications are required for this position?
You must have a Forklift Truck Licence and a good level of numeracy skills, as well as the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
