Responsibilities

  • Coordinar y supervisar la operación del almacén, garantizando el apego a las buenas prácticas de distribución y el cumplimiento de indicadores de eficiencia y precisión (on time); así como identificando áreas de oportunidad y proponiendo mejoras en los procesos, con la finalidad de lograr los resultados esperados en cuanto a calidad y servicio.
  • Alinear, estandarizar e implementar procesos y procedimientos para asegurar compliance en las operaciones de Supply Chain como control de inventarios, salida de productos, control en waste (donaciones, rotos, etc), robos y cualquier proceso que represente un riesgo financiero en la operación, visitando los sites para asegurar que los procesos son operativamente ejecutables.
  • Implementar reporting para los principales indicadores de mejora en la operación de supply chain para poder gestionar los procesos.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el flujo de la operación de almacén asegurando buenas prácticas de distribución y de indicadores de eficiencia y precisión, así como interactuar con las diferentes áreas involucradas de la ejecución del plan de trabajo diario optimizando y asegurando los recursos necesarios para el cumplimiento de éste.
  • Alinear y estandarizar el proceso de control de inventarios para los centros de distribución, que garantice el cumplimiento en compliance y reduzca el riesgo financiero en SCH.
  • Programar actividades del personal a su cargo en base a la demanda de operación en el inmediato y corto plazo, asignando los recursos humanos y materiales necesarios, para dar continuidad a la operación y cumplir con los resultados esperados.
  • Identificar áreas de oportunidad en los procesos y resultados de la operación del almacén, implementando las mejoras inmediatas o solicitando los cambios de infraestructura requeridos, a fin de lograr los resultados en cuanto a eficiencia y precisión.
  • Formar e integrar un equipo de trabajo enfocado a resultados, detectando necesidades de capacitación oportunamente, así como áreas de oportunidad en el ambiente laboral, a fin de cumplir con los resultados esperados en el corto y mediano plazo dentro de un clima sano de trabajo.
  • Responsabilizarse de su Seguridad, la de su equipo y compañeros de trabajo, respetando los lineamientos establecidos y/o reportando conductas o condiciones inseguras observadas.
  • Elaborar y analizar reportes locales y corporativos en los principales indicadores a través de diferentes herramientas, con la finalidad de crear estratégicas y sinergias de mejora continua.
  • Control y seguimiento de las incidencias y KPIS del personal a cargo, como: control de tiempo extra, faltas, incapacidades, asignación de jornadas, planes de capacitación.
