Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze various financial models in Microsoft Excel comparing cash flows of different sale options, evaluating margin costs, and assessing other scenarios based on individual client needs
  • Analyze and interpret client account data and holdings
  • Gather information relating to time-sensitive inquires regarding clients’ loans, margin costs, portfolio holdings, philanthropic wishes, and more
  • Assist financial advisors in preparing data and materials for meetings with current and prospective clients
  • Help develop and maintain the team’s marketing materials
  • Ensure that all tasks are compliant using UBS processes, where necessary
  • Record client contact and activity information in CRM
  • Share thoughts/ideas in daily team meetings
