Responsibilities

  • Act as the site lead for implementing Workforce Management (WFM) technology including Time2Work and Maximo SEAMS, supporting training and championing use of the tools
  • Attend application training and champion use of tool – Key POC
  • Provide operations administration and support relating to colleague scheduling and associated processes
  • Update and maintain key master data that supports scheduling systems
  • Attend training, act as a key point of contact, and assist colleagues with IT and application use
  • Support mobile device setups as required (Corporate Accounts and UAM) and manage clock enrolment and consent forms if biometrics are used
  • Manage staff rosters, work patterns, leave requests, training days, and absences within the system, ensuring processes are followed
  • Liaise with the Operations Support Centre on longer‑term changes and system configuration needs
  • Manage daily timesheets, exceptions, and support briefings and reporting needs
  • Provide general administration support including production of MS Office documents
