Materials Society ICL

Materials society (matsoc) is a departmental (materials science and engineering) society based in Imperial College London. Matsoc aims to provide social, educational and careers based insight and connections through events, talks, careers fairs and industry trips. We are open to anyone with an interest in materials! We host a myriad of social events, some annual ones include: - New Year’s matsoc dinner - Christmas curry - Matsoc bowling - Plenty more!!! We also organise a variety of educational/careers events. These include: - Lunchtime lectures, given by our sponsors, researchers and other companies. - Annual careers fair - Industry trip All of our events get incredibly high engagement from the department.
