Not only would the individual need to be expert at managing complex large programmes of work, influencing people in different organisations (local authorities and ICB) but would need a good understanding of mental health community services. * Lead the design, planning, and execution of GMMH’s community transformation programme, including exiting of a number of Section 75 agreements with local authorities. * Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including commissioners, operational and clinical teams and partner organisations.
