Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing an MBA degree or equivalent advanced degree program
  • Knowledge of marketing methods, channel strategies, and value proposition creation
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, marketing automation, content marketing, email marketing, and/or other digital marketing tactics
  • Ability to develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from key collaborators
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to assess business problems, structure and evaluate options, and implement those recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
  • Business acumen and a dedication to understanding the customer
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
  • Desirable But Not Essential:
  • 3+ years work or internship experience in a leading technology company, digital agency, marketing department, or strategy consulting organization
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in marketing
  • Experience creating account-based marketing (ABM) strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
  • Experience developing customer journeys, particularly those that include digital demand tactics
  • Experience with leading marketing tools and systems or Adobe’s Digital Experience products, e.g., Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and others
  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry including business-to-business (B2B) models

Responsibilities

  • Understand the market, competitors, and our customers to identify customer trends and insights using data analysis and research
  • Develop your own recommended strategies and tactics, building marketing programs or customer journeys to achieve measurable customer outcomes
  • Create an end-to-end execution plan for your proposed strategies and programs, including a measurement framework to measure efficiency and market impact
  • Work cross-functionally with partners across Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to test your hypotheses and refine recommendations
  • Help scale the Digital Experience Marketing team to continue to optimize our marketing programs and customer impact
