Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025
  • Experience with digital models e.g. e-commerce for B2B or B2C customers
  • Demonstrated impact creating and launching initiatives (products, experiences, tests, etc.) to drive conversion and revenue growth
  • Experience in developing growth strategies and detailed analysis and business modeling required
  • Fast learner, to get up to speed on Adobe’s unique marketing channels & funnels
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, positive and creative attitude!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives

Responsibilities

  • Build a proposal for Adobe’s strategic Growth roadmap for FY’24 – this will require an understanding of existing and planned capabilities with Growth, Product and Marketing teams
  • Provide business case for suggested roadmap including, but not limited to, level of and expected return on capital and marketing investments, and sales results
  • Undertake market research for adjacent and similar SaaS companies to better understand market dynamics and opportunities in approach
  • Partner with teams from Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance to GTM to hypothesize, build and refine AB test plans
