Requirements

  • Senior, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • “Can do” attitude.
  • Experience in previous internship roles, especially in a related field, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the account services team with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation, as needed.
  • Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist in daily project management activities for several of our key clients.
  • Contribute to the account management process across agency departments including research, strategy, and creative.
  • Support internal Sensis marketing efforts like social media, email newsletters, and events.
  • Assist in administrative efforts to support the Los Angeles office.
