Requirements

  • Full-time student pursuing MBA or MS preferred. Recent graduates of BBA or BS programs considered;
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
  • Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
  • Knowledge and passion for social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • SQL and Excel skills preferred
  • Previous experience working in operational capacity that involves crossfunctional team collaboration
  • Strong communication, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • 10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while developing strong relationships
  • 11. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop strategic project plans
  • Facilitate collaboration with crossfunctional teams
  • Monitor success metrics weekly and create progress reports
  • Ensure consistent project updates are provided to leadership and stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, set agendas, and track action items
  • Identify process improvements and develop solutions
  • Support other day-to-day operations of the team
