Responsibilities

  • As the AHP Leadership Fellow for AHP support workers you will have a specific remit to work with stakeholders across the system to support the expansion of AHP support worker apprenticeships and support the development of this vital part of the AHP workforce.
  • This role will focus on enabling AHP support workers across the Trust to access Level 3, 5 and degree apprenticeships, whilst supporting the implementation of the AHP Support Worker Competency, Education and Career Development Framework.
  • The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the wider priorities of the Corporate AHP Team, in line with service needs.
