Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Law;
  • Professional experience gained in first ranked national/international law firms is a plus;
  • Additional experience in international companies in luxury/fashion/jewellery industry is a plus;
  • Strong communication and relationships skills; teamwork oriented;
  • Proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude, flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
  • Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner, demonstrating problem-solving attitude;
  • English fluency (at least C1 level). Knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (both in English and Italian), such as but not limited to: distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, etc;
  • Support in keeping up-to-date records and database for the Company contracts;
  • Support in the implementation and monitoring of Group’s compliance programs and policies.
