Requirements

  • Experience with common security tools, such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or SonarQube.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or project experience related to cybersecurity is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • DevSecOps:
  • Assist in integrating security within the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate security testing.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of security tools and platforms.
  • Help in identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities within the development environment.
  • API Security:
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure secure API design and implementation.
  • Assist in conducting security assessments of APIs, including penetration testing.
  • Support monitoring and protection efforts for APIs, using various security tools.
  • Contribute to the documentation of API security guidelines and best practices.
  • General Security and Compliance:
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Participate in security incident response and investigation activities as needed.
  • Support ongoing security awareness and training initiatives within the organization.
