Requirements

  • Currently pursuing BS/MS degree
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
  • Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
  • Strong data and analytics capabilities, comfortable with writing complex SQL queries, and proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Self-starter attitude: You’re someone who can initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance and then synthesize and communicate insights with the senior stakeholders
  • Get-it-done mindset: You’re motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Always Day 1 mentality: You're someone who enjoys building things from scratch, and constantly pushing the boundaries of the current operations process
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Responsibilities

  • Build the data and tooling foundation for both the Regional and Global MSO team to deliver the standardized and repeatable process, including unlock the data challenge and institutionalize the analytics framework.
  • Program managing insight generation through implementation to drive better monetization strategy and operation efficiency by partnering with the Data Science, Operations and Product teams.
  • Supply the global programs and planning initiatives with advanced data and analytics to achieve revenue enablement, including developing measurement and dashboard to track key business staples and global performance.
  • Generate automation solutions to the current manual process within the Sales and Operation teams to streamline the operations and enhance the overall efficiency for the business.
