Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited University.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, using Excel to enter and sort data.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist audit personnel with finalizing internal HSE Audit Reports and documenting audit findings in the HSE software. This process will expose you to general auditing skills, ethics, and how findings are weighted and documented.
  • Assist HSE staff in maintaining data and entries in various HSE software platforms, including safety procedures, hazard reports, and Safety Data Sheets.
  • Assist HSSE Systems Staff with ensuring all HSSE Management System documents are up to date to Oceaneering document control standards using a work instruction.
  • Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You’ll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations.
