Responsibilities

  • Connects with HR Manager to promote the implementation of HR policies, processes and tools
  • Centralizes specific employee queries, forwarding them to the proper channel and/or tool and supports documentation of exit interviews and termination procedures
  • Contribute to the organization of HR initiatives and learning & development activities, working closely with the relevant team
  • Support recruitment & talent sourcing activities, in proximity with the hiring managers, and the HR team and the R&TS team in HR Territory
  • Ensure liaison with the HR Services & Support team in HR Territory to provide input for the payroll process and to contribute to the preparation of contractual documents for hiring, mobility, relocation, contract changes or termination purposes
  • Request internal databases updates and HR IS tools related to employees’ moves and contractual changes, as well as preparing ad-hoc reports
