The ideal candidate for this Intern - Engineering position must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 semester hours in core degree course work. They should be a rising junior or higher, available for a 10-12 week internship during Summer 2024, able to travel for work, and legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

The intern will provide aircraft engineering support, evaluate and resolve manufacturer bulletins and regulatory requirements, analyze project costs, investigate non-conformances, perform data analysis and modeling, evaluate fleet trends, and optimize processes at United Airlines.
