Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or higher or a certificate with equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with and interviewing stakeholders to identify and resolve information and process gaps
  • Triaging and resolving reported data issues with internal applications
  • Reviewing CRM records, ensuring accuracy, and working with teams to determine the priority for updating missing data
  • Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling data conflicts and suggesting priority of issues based on business needs
  • Creating, updating, and managing system support or user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation
  • Participating in team, department, or cross-functional projects, that support corporate goals as needed
  • Creating test plans, executing automated test cycles, and working closely with test execution.
  • Tracking progress and communicating project status
