Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a related technical discipline;
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product management experience building products for creatives and advertisers
  • Strong experience with Generative AI or other AI technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a bold and visionary product strategy for Creative AI product portfolio that sets a new standard for advertising creativity and innovation.
  • Work closely with PMs and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of TikTok's advertisers, and use that knowledge to develop new and innovative ad products that leverage the power of AI-generated content.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that meet user needs and exceed business objectives.
  • Partner with business development and sales teams to drive adoption of new products and features among advertisers, and to develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics, and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.
