Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
  • Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms and data structures) and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with C/C++/Java/Go/Python
  • Experience dealing with concurrent systems and architectures.
  • Experience with standard deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency with profiling tools and optimization techniques
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
  • Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
  • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities

  • Develop and improve model training and inference speed for generative AI models.
  • Apply cutting-edge computer vision and AI algorithms in production pipelines with engineering excellence.
  • Be self-motivated to come up with new solutions for explorative projects and directions.
