 The intern will support our Small Business Banking Business Control Office Team:

 <li>Small Business Banking Procedure review (updates/annual review)</li>
 <li>Assist with RCSA refresh</li>
 <li>Identify items from Quality Control /Quality Assurance review that require remediation and ensure they are completed</li>
 <li>Review prior Quality Control /Quality Assurance findings and identify common themes</li>
 <li>Monitor open issues and provide updates to the different business areas on a weekly basis.</li>
