Responsibilities

  • Small Business Banking Procedure review (updates/annual review)
  • Assist with RCSA refresh
  • Identify items from Quality Control /Quality Assurance review that require remediation and ensure they are completed
  • Review prior Quality Control /Quality Assurance findings and identify common themes
  • Monitor open issues and provide updates to the different business areas on a weekly basis.
