Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Responsibilities

  • Build highly scalable and reliable systems including promotion, ad serving, marketing automation to efficiently and effectively grow TikTok SMB customers.
  • Take initiative and be responsible for technical solutions to data quality and workflow challenges.
  • Work with engineers and product managers to explore opportunities for SMB and develop solutions to resolve technical impediments and scoping out the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams, product managers, policy teams and other key stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering viewpoint. Highly engaged with goal setting and moving the needle of SMB key metrics.
  • Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speediness and quality.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Focus on overall product quality and user experience.
