  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data to drive creator growth plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Previous experience in creator management, affiliate marketing or digital/social media marketing is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in LIVE shopping may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Creator Managers in developing their e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans through; goal-setting, campaign and brand opportunities and key content/merchandise directions.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance metrics of creator campaigns and shoppable content, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise creator content and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Creator Managers to enhance the existing creator-managed program and its service offerings, refining processes and SOPs for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Category, Product, Legal, Governance) to optimise processes, remove any friction to creator experiences and further support affiliate GMV growth.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter.
