Emirati Nationals holding a UAE Family Book who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields are eligible to apply.
What skills and training will I receive during the internship?
You will receive globally recognized technical and professional certifications, technical skilling, and soft skills training, followed by on-the-job training with mentorship and advanced technology training.
What are the two phases of the program?
The program consists of two key phases: Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month) and Phase 2 - On the Job Training (5 months).
Is the internship paid?
Yes, the Tomoh Internship Program is a paid opportunity.
Will I be working directly with Microsoft teams during the internship?
Yes, during the on-the-job training phase, you will support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
What languages do I need to be fluent in for this internship?
Fluency in English is required to apply for the internship.
Do I need to have work authorization to apply?
Yes, you must be legally authorized to work in the UAE, either through citizenship or a valid visa/work permit.
What qualifications are preferred for the role?
Preferred qualifications include a strong desire for consultative solution selling, exceptional negotiation and customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
