Requirements

  • Enrolled in an MBA or equivalent advanced degree program, graduating between December 2023 – June 2024
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
  • 3-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment
  • Desirable but not essential:
  • Work experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organization, digital agency, or marketing department
  • Experience creating GTM strategies/Sales Operations along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a project where you will solve a Sales Operations/GTM Strategy topic while developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makers
  • Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews and other techniques in your project to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of our sales teams
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives
  • Learn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and Operations
