Responsibilities

  • As a graduate on the taxation allowances pathway, you’ll be involved in all aspects of Capital Allowances Consultancy. This can include: due diligence on property transactions; advising on capital allowances contract matters; measurement and quantification of buildings; undertaking detailed site surveys; analysis of construction costs, design and specification; undertaking land valuations; attending client meetings; preparation of client valuation reports suitable for filing in company tax returns; as well as liaising with HMRC and the VOA on clients’ behalf during negotiations with the tax authorities.
