Responsibilities

  • Participate in the closing process with regular checkpoints on specific topics related to financial assets (valuation, control of the calculation: accrued coupons, depreciation, provisioning), assist the business teams on the constitution of internal, group, and regulatory reports.
  • Follow up on requests from the auditors at each quarterly meeting.
  • Deepen certain technical points on the scope of financial assets and regulatory developments, prepare studies on the integration of new financial instruments and their accounting treatments, contribute to their implementation and participate in them.
  • Contribute, within its scope, to relations with the statutory auditors by preparing review files on unlisted instruments (private markets and real estate).
  • Participate in the control of the work carried out by external service providers essential to the activity and to whom the company delegates essential activities.
  • As part of the controls and testing of financial instruments required by the Group’s internal control, prepare quarterly review files.
  • Participate in the various corporate project preparation and restitution of workshops on the scope of intervention concerned.
