Our admin team consists of 16 administrative staff whom are involved in booking and facilitating patient queries. We currently have 7 X-Ray rooms, 17 Ultrasound rooms, 2 CT rooms, 2 MRI rooms and a Fluoroscopy screening room. One role is to be the administrative manager overseeing the Ultrasound and clerical team whilst the second administrative manager will oversee MRI, CT and clerical teams. There is an expecatation that both Administrtive managers will be able to provide cross-cover. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the individual modalities against local and national access targets. Where needed, you will be responsible for implementing service improvement initiatives to improve the delivery of high quality care.
