Responsibilities

  • Perform general day-to-day office duties (scanning, shredding, copying etc) and monitor reception desk.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Word, Excel and have a good base understanding of IT as most tasks will be computer based.

  • Manage appointment book and caseload to ensure efficient use of clinic time and resource.
  • Attending meetings, supporting quality improvement initiatives and regular review of admin processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the coordinated and continued improvement of the unit’s function.
  • You will be expected to be involved in healthcare governance roles within the RRU that aid in the overall running of the unit.
  • Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information in accordance with Practice procedures. Some analytical work may also be required in the form of requests for searches and data gathering for certain projects.
