Responsibilities

  • As a Family Admin Officer, you will be responsible for management of digital files in preparation for family hearings, often involving sensitive and challenging cases, assisting the judiciary in their remote hearings, including the drafting of their orders made in court. You will handle queries from court users via post, email, telephone and face to face with empathy and understanding and undertake a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of family hearings.
  • You will be assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system or provide support to other functions within HMCTS.
