Responsibilities

  • Main Role Responsibilities:
  • Precise sorting, archiving, due diligence, including record keeping and retrieval of all documents within the Historical Operational Archive
  • Managing discovery requests against priority deadlines, appropriately reporting on complex or prolonged searches
  • Overseeing an effective and suitable IT cataloguing system to ensure accurate retrieval of documents and information pertinent to specific requests
  • Reproducing retrieved material and compiling it into SharePoint folders for review by Disclosure Managers
