Responsibilities

  • The post holder will lead the business support, contract, and performance functions within Complex Care, delivering an efficient and timely service to improve performance across the Directorate.
  • Reporting to the Directorate Head of Service, this pivotal role will lead the operational and business support, contract management and performance functions within Complex Care, ensuring services are planned and delivered in a cost‑effective, efficient and sustainable way.
  • The post holder will play a key role in service transformation, integration and partnership working, supporting the delivery of modern, patient and citizen‑focused services across the Directorate.
  • This role requires strong strategic leadership, system‑wide thinking and the ability to work collaboratively across organisational and professional boundaries to improve performance, quality and outcomes.
