What are the essential qualifications required for this position?
Essential qualifications include GCSE Maths and English at A-C grade or equivalent, NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent experience, and extensive knowledge of NHS workforce systems, particularly ESR and Health Roster.

Applicants should have previous administrative experience, preferably in an NHS organization, experience using Health Roster and ESR, and substantial experience with Microsoft 365.
