  • Demonstrable experience of selling sponsorship packages in the events industry.
  • The commercial acumen to partner with new and existing clients, spot opportunities and drive the future growth of the pharma and healthcare portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone who's comfortable representing the Reuters brand when engaging with other industry-leading businesses.
  • The ability to craft engaging copy and written value propositions whilst building relationships with global C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Sales for Healthcare and Pharma. As an individual contributor, you won’t have management responsibility and will drive revenue across the healthcare portfolio as lead seller.
  • Work collaboratively with other executives across the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare portfolio, selling tailored sponsorship packages to a variety of global brands.
  • Use your great command of the written word to both gauge what our clients actually need, communicating value propositions tailored to their business goals.
  • Be curious around changes in business markets. We’re looking for someone that enjoys learning how shifting market dynamics create challenges and opportunities for our clients, and how our events can help them navigate change.
  • Work closely and collaborate with our Conference Production team to establish the best audiences and maximize the success of our conferences and events.
