  • Ability to analyse and interpret and present complex data analytics to support service users across the Trust, which can be used to address local challenges and inform intelligence-led decision making to resolve such issues, or identify potential risks through trend analysis, which in turn will inform mitigation actions to minimise or prevent their impact.
  • Present highly complex information regarding the implementation of technical reporting solutions in a clear and understandable format to groups or meetings including making formal presentations to large groups and /or workshops taking into account the background of the audience;
  • Support service users in the interpretation of complex data analytics and reporting to support decision making.
  • Support service users to increase and improve the levels of data literacy and digital maturity across the Trust.
  • Support service users access the correct expertise, supporting the work up on any requirements and requests.

Responsibilities

  • The post holder will work directly with service users from across the Trust on how to access, interpret and analyse data and reporting.
  • The post holder will focus on increasing the levels of data literacy and digital maturity. This will be through the interpretation of data and analysis, accessing reporting, accessing specific domain knowledge and expertise and also supporting services to determine requirements to make requests.
  • The post holder will support initiatives that improve how we capture and record information within the services and will also broker support from the Information Services team if a larger more significant piece of work is to the undertaken.
  • The postholder will also be able to provide and support ad hoc information requests where there is a gap in provision or support.
