Responsibilities

  • You will work in partnership with other management and administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of operational activity across the service.
  • The Business Support Manager (BSM) will attend and provide secretarial support to senior meetings as directed by the Management team. This includes arranging meetings, preparing papers, formal minute taking and maintenance of action logs.
  • Provide project management support to the Division for a variety of relevant critical work stream areas relating to service delivery.
  • The BSM will have opportunities to take the lead on small projects and specific pieces of work as required.
