Responsibilities

  • The role of Campaigns and Communications Officer is a fast-paced and challenging one, working in a creative, supportive communications team at one of the five biggest NHS Trusts in the country.
  • The post has a particular focus on developing and delivering creative internal and external campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Working closely with the Communications Manager and Head of Communications, you will support the delivery of campaigns within Trust priority areas including equality, diversity and inclusion, transformation and sustainability. Taking on planning, delivery and coordination responsibilities, you will help to translate creative ideas, team spirit and small budgets into effective communications with measurable results.
  • The successful candidate will be as comfortable in planning and delivery as they are in analysis and evaluation, to ensure that our work remains focused and of high value.
  • Aside from the campaigns work, this role provides support to our internal and external communications work, including media, social media and public relations and crisis handling.
