Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Directorate Managers (DMs) and Assistant Directorate Managers (ADMs) to agree validation priorities and timescales
  • Track Cancer patients through their pathway and produce the appropriate report information.
  • Liaise continuously with the relevant Tumour Site MDT Coordinator in the management of patient pathways
  • Validate cancer waiting lists to ensure accuracy and help progress patients through their pathways
  • Communicate with key personnel including clinical, managerial, scheduling, booking and information
  • Run standard periodic reports to help quality assure validation processes and escalate patients to partner services
  • Assist with collection of Clinic Outcome data in relation to accuracy, validity and completeness of key data for the provision of Cancer Access Waiting Times.
