Requirements

To manage the provision of the EP/CRM service. Providing services to both outpatients and inpatients.
To manage the EP/CRM physiologist/clinical scientist establishment and oversee the training of junior members of staff and other healthcare professional visitors to the department.
To facilitate / participate in research projects in collaboration with cardiology consultants within the department.
To perform non-routine tests where necessary.
To ensure implementation of clinical governance, complaints, and risk management process for the service in monitoring of compliance with clinical governance standards, other Trust-wide policies and processes and best practice requirements.
Act as the focal point for communication for the service and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders, ensuring views and decisions are communicated both up and down the management structure
