Responsibilities

  • You will provide routine and non-routine (dependant on experience) clinical Neurophysiology services to patients across all MFT departments. This will include all aspects of EEG recording on patients of all ages, including neonates. You will be expected to Independently perform routine EEG's, sleep studies, ambulatory video EEG and Evoked Potentials providing a written comprehensive factual in line with departmental protocols.
  • You will be required as part of a rota, to provide neurophysiological services at any of the MFT Neurophysiology sites, including North Manchester and Wythenshawe.
  • A monthly EEG service is undertaken on site at Nobles Hospital on the Isle of Man and you will be part of the rota of staff covering this service.
