Responsibilities

  • The role will deliver high quality care and support to research participants for the duration of their study involvement, as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • You will contribute to effective management of each study, including patient recruitment, research sampling and the collection of study specific information.
  • Research activities will be in accordance with study protocols, project sponsors and Forth Valley Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • You will also be required to maintain accurate records of study specific information using traditional paper records, electronic patient management systems or web-based study specific IT systems.
  • As part of the research team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the identification and recruitment of study participants from research active areas within NHS Forth Valley.
