Responsibilities

  • To work as a member of the Community Health Care Team
  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under the direction of the team leader.
  • To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care over 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • To deputise for the District Nursing Team Manager/Deputy in their absence.
  • To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.
