Responsibilities

  • Lead training and coaching initiatives using Continuous Improvement Programme approach and tools
  • Create trainings, certifications and awareness sessions on Continuous Improvement
  • Coach managers in post training follow-up to ensure a complete understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and tools and their concrete application in managing BAU activities (performance & activity management, workload & capacity planning, problem solving, etc.)
  • Spread Continuous Improvement culture in the organization
  • Coordinate and execute specific aspects of the framework: Reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues and ensuring high quality of deliverables
  • Support beneficiary teams in developing their enabling strategy, by supporting and coaching the ambassadors community, idea generation programs and specific training and certification programs
  • Liaise with the community specialist to design and maintain a global Continuous Improvement
  • Evolve the toolsets and best practices and contribute to the development of the overall Continuous Improvement program locally and globally
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert about Continuous improvement and support organization as need be
