What is the role of the Data and Intelligence Partner in the Workforce Transformation and EDI Teams?
The Data and Intelligence Partner will work in partnership across the Workforce Transformation and EDI Teams to deliver a collaborative digital strategy for Workforce Information, ensuring EDI metrics are incorporated into workforce reporting.

The key responsibilities include partnering with various teams, leading the production of equality-related monitoring reports, and developing data dashboards and visualizations that include equality metrics to inform decision-making and monitor performance against the Advancing Equity and Inclusion Strategy.
Where is the position based?
The position is based at the Prestwich site, with some travel required for external meetings.
