Responsibilities

  • Transpose the relevant Generic Control Libraries, into the CIB Central Control Library and creation Local Control Plans in line with the Group’s risk management framework
  • Coordinate the deployment and execution of controls at the relevant level of granularity, ensuring consistency of execution across the different control owners and executioners
  • Define and follow-up on Action Plans implementation when relevant
  • Ensure consistency of the Control framework with LOD2 ITP, and ECB recommendations
  • Promote the standardization of the Control framework by supporting Regions in the deployment of their control frameworks
  • Act as central SPOC to several stakeholders, including feeding control framework results to ICC CIB with CIB CDO, and RCSA with OPC Métiers/Functions
  • Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as independent control functions
  • Ensure the knowledge base is up to date, including the management of the CIB Control Procedure, and coach as necessary more junior members of the team
  • Provide subject matter expertise on control plan methodology within the department, to support mitigation of other non-privacy risks related to the team’s activity
