Candidates should have recent experience managing Urgent and Emergency Care services and patient flow, alongside demonstrable experience managing substantial projects and extensive proven experience at a senior management level in operational performance management, financial management, and strategy development.
Who will I work closely with in this role?
You will work closely with Divisional leadership teams, internal teams, system partners, and the other Deputy Chief Operating Officer to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
