Responsibilities

  • A Design Assistant at lululemon supports in creating world class active apparel that is acknowledged as leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. You are guided and mentored by the Design Lead. You play a key supporting role, and this work is key to the success of each season’s collection.
  • Act as Design support – be the Design Lead and team’s right-hand person to support with day-to-day tasks
  • Creating flat sketches and technicals for styles designed by the Designer/Senior Designer
  • Supporting the design team in presentation preparation for all gates including file set-up, mock-ups, prototypes, dressing models, etc.
  • Present for all fittings and design/product-related meetings to capture feedback and actions
  • Updating overview files and line sheets
  • Shadow critical design work to showcase and develop your design point of view
